Healthy Chicken Buffalo Dip

I am always looking for yummy recipes I can take somewhere or make for our gatherings while still eating healthy. Maintaining a healthy lifestyle is important to me. I have had comments that it is better than the “normal” version, and when I take it to gatherings, the whole pan will get eaten! Win-win!!

Ingredients:
  • 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
  • ½ cup Frank’s Red Hot
  • 1 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup small curd cottage cheese
  • 1.5 cups cheddar cheese (can also substitute half crumbled blue cheese)
Instructions:
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a bowl, mix all ingredients, except for ½ cup of the cheddar cheese, until thoroughly combined.
  3. Pour dip into a glass 8x8 pan.
  4. Top with remaining ½ cup of cheese.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
  6. Serve with chips or veggies.
