Heavenly Cheesecake
Homemade Cheesecake That Stands Out From the Rest

Crust
- 6 oz Vanilla wafers
- ½ C sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ¼ C melted butter
- Put in Food Processor and mix until crumbly
- Press in bottom of pie plate
Beat
- 4 x 8 oz pkgs cream cheese
- 4 eggs
- 1 C sugar
- Pour over pie crust in plate
- Bake on 325 for 50 mins or until a bit firm
- Take out and set 20 mins
Beat
- 16 oz sour cream
- ½ C sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
Pour over cheesecake and bake 10 mins or longer until a bit firm on top at 325.
Serve when cooled or can freeze.
Add topping of choice.
