What a wonderful night at Aquila's Nest Vineyards! Over 40 residents and sponsors came out on one of the only nights it rained this summer, and it certainly didn't dampen anyone's spirits. We started out outside, but as the rain started and didn't give signs it was letting up, our hostess, Neviana Zhgaba, provided us shelter under two of their pergolas. There was plenty of room, cozy couches, chairs and giant beanbags for everyone to sit!  And you know what? It got more people closer and enabled some lovely connections between neighbors and sponsors. It truly warmed my heart to see folks making new friends, learning more about our sponsors and really understanding the goal of Stroll Hattertown — which truly does deliver neighborhood connections.  We would like to thank Aquila's Nest Vineyards for providing such a wonderful venue for our first event, Chef Michael Bick of Some Things Fishy Catering for bringing delicious hors d'oeuvres and John Boccuzzi from BD Provisions for providing several different snacks for everyone to munch on!  We also had a really fun raffle with prizes donated by the following sponsors:
