The 2023 Men’s Golf Association (MGA)-Olde Towne Medical and Dental Center (OTMDC) Challenge generated a $70,000 contribution to OTMDC. This brought the total MGA contribution to over $1.3 million over the 28 years of the annual event.

Tom Brownlie, Chair of the Challenge, commented, “The Olde Towne Medical and Dental Center is an important part of our community. Once again, Ford’s Colony has demonstrated terrific support for the center. The 28th campaign included strong participation from our residents as well as local area businesses and the volunteer efforts of the MGA and LGA of Ford’s Colony Country Club.”

The MGA-OTMDC Challenge consists of the Ford’s Colony Residents Campaign and a Golf Tournament supported by local businesses. The Residents Campaign raised $48,910 which was the second highest total ever, and 9% over our goal. The Golf Tournament raised an additional revenue of $33,525. The $70,000 contribution was the net after expenses.

A sincere thank you to the residents of Ford’s Colony, Ford’s Colony Country Club, corporate sponsors, area business supporters, tournament players and volunteers who volunteered their money, time and talent to make this year’s MGA-OTMDC Challenge successful. Your continued support has made a very important difference to OTMDC and their patients who need it the most.
