Just past Greystone but before the Falling Water neighborhood off of Sunset Beach Road is a new neighborhood known as White Pines. In 2021, there were only a few homes built on White Pines Drive; now that houses line the street, many families have come together to enjoy their new neighbors. 

Both kids and adults had a blast celebrating Independence Day during an amazing block party in July. Ryan Shade was happy to share photos of the event. It’s evident that a great time was had by all, so more neighborhood gatherings are likely in the future!
